Journey - Confluence

After uploading the Mad Cladmonite, i found this piece I started around February-March and was about 75% finished, and trying to rid myself of items on my "To-Do" list i decided to finish this one (so i can at least get a reasonable amount of digital drawings down before the end of the year). Everything off my back wont put weight on my mind, right?
Dont worry, i'm not going to lapse back into an endless pit of journey fanart and neglect work on my manga I'm on it!

There was supposed to be a story to go with this one that i had started to write but never finished, either. For anyone interested enough and with a bit of journey knowledge:
The story was about a white cloak with a single golden rim, his name was Dere, who constantly fought his way up the mountain to reach the peak, most of the time on his own. Whenever he reached the snowfields and was about to ascend, he always only met a single ancestor. After a brief mustering of the ancestor, a Warmachine would make its appearance and merge with the face of the ancestor, then rip Dere's scarf off and throw him back down to the sunken city. From there he would sometimes try to venture back up to the mountain or went back into the desert, in search of a companion, until eventually he was able to aquire a white cloak despite being a first run.
He was a terrible companion, however, and often either ended up outrunning and losing his companions or being ditched by them. Thus, when he arrived at the mountain again alone, the whole scene would repeat, until finally, in his story, he would find a faithful companion that would be willing to stay with him to the end.

I never got around to writing further than the 3rd chapter, and dont feel confident enough to put it up anywhere unless i would get around to writing more, but as my Journey-mania has calmed down, i dont see it happening anytime soon.
